Beginning Sunday, November 2, 2025, multiple service changes will take effect to meet changing customer demand and traffic conditions.

Visit http://yrt.ca/ServiceChanges to see if your route will be affected.

Beginning October 14, 2025, you may be approached by one of YRT  Experience Advisors asking you to take part in YRT’s Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The survey happens twice a year and is used to get feedback from riders on YRT’s services. The survey data will help us understand your use of YRT’s services and measure your satisfaction, so we can make improvements to serve you better.

The survey will take about 5 to 7 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and you may skip questions that you feel uncomfortable answering. All data collected will remain confidential.

If you have questions about the survey, please call the YRT Contact Centre at 1-866-668-3978 or chat live with us.

All responses will be kept confidential. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Starting this fall, adults 75 and older can get the RSV vaccine for free!

High-risk adults aged 60-74 are also eligible for the vaccine. Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) can lead to serious illness — but one dose of the vaccine can help protect you this year and beyond.
