Curbside Giveaway Day is Sat, Sept 20 (7AM–7PM)! Put unwanted, gently used items at the curb for a second life. Mark them “FREE” & remove leftovers the same day.

The City of Markham has received $4.8 million in Provincial funding to support and improve critical infrastructure throughout Markham.

This funding will allow the city to replace failed pumps and construct a new outfall to the Rouge River.

Have material at the curb by 7AM on your regular collection day. Collection times can vary depending on truck route, weather conditions, construction delays and other factors.

Thank you to Markham’s Miller Waste crews for their outstanding efforts during extreme weather conditions. Their hard work is appreciated by all! For more guidelines, visit http://markham.ca/Recycling
