#1"Phase 1 Lands" at 5000 Highway 7 (CF Markville)
 
The Phase 1 Lands are 3.13 ha (7.73 ac) in size and in the southeast portion of the CF Markville Mall Lands. 
 
The Owner proposes a high-rise residential development comprised of five buildings ranging in height from 30 to 39 storeys with an approximate total of 1,881 units in Phase 1 Lands.
 
 
 
#2 Markham is proposing up to 3 ARUs (4 units total) on lots zoned for single, semi-detached, or townhouses. Attend in person at the Civic Centre or online via Zoom.

Doors Open Ontario is a provincewide heritage tourism program that provides free public access to unique and historically significant sites across Ontario. Beginning Sunday, August 31, 2025, multiple YRT service changes will take effect to meet changing customer demand and traffic conditions.
 
  • Route 2 – Milliken, 7:25 a.m. trip will divert to Middlefield Collegiate Institute to meet morning bell times. Schedules will also be adjusted. 
  • Early morning trips on Route 8 – Kennedy will be adjusted to start from Prospector’s Drive and Major Mackenzie Drive. Schedules will also be adjusted. 
  • The frequency for Route 18 – Bur Oak, will be adjusted to improve connections with GOtransit services.
  • Route 302 - Unionville Express is on detour from August 18 to November 1, 2025 at Main Street, Unionville and Fred Varley Drive due to construction.
  • Route 406 – Markham District School Special via Bur Oak will be discontinued due to low ridership.
  • All 400-series School Special routes will be reinstated for the 2025-2026 academic year.
