York Region is installing new traffic signals at the Major Mackenzie Drive and Reesor Road intersection.
 
When work is underway, lane restrictions will be required. Timing for installation: May 2025 to August 2025. 
 
York Region Public Health is investigating exposures to confirmed measles cases
 
York Region Public Health is notifying the public of four measles exposure sites related to two confirmed measles cases present in York Region while infectious:
 
York Region is extending the median on the east side of the 16th Avenue and Ninth Line intersection to improve safety. Lane restrictions will be required during construction.
 
Timing: May 2025 to June 2025.
