The Phase 1 Lands are 3.13 ha (7.73 ac) in size and in the southeast portion of the CF Markville Mall Lands. 
 
The Owner proposes a high-rise residential development comprised of five buildings ranging in height from 30 to 39 storeys with an approximate total of 1,881 units in Phase 1 Lands.
 
 
 
#2 Markham is proposing up to 3 ARUs (4 units total) on lots zoned for single, semi-detached, or townhouses. Attend in person at the Civic Centre or online via Zoom.

Starting January 1, 2026, Markham Public Library (MPL) will move to a fully cashless payment system. This means all payments for library services—such as printing, copying, fines, and program fees—will be made through debit, credit, or other electronic methods.
